Guidelines for Deleting Your CheerCredit Account

We understand that you may wish to close your CheerCredit account, and we are here to assist you in navigating this process efficiently. To ensure the smooth and successful deletion of your account, please carefully follow the steps outlined below:

1. Settle All Outstanding Withdrawals

Before initiating the account deletion process, it is mandatory to ensure that any outstanding withdrawals or financial obligations linked to your CheerCredit account have been fully settled. You can do this directly through the CheerCredit mobile app. Any pending withdrawals must be cleared before proceeding with your request.

2. Submit an Account Deletion Request

Once all outstanding withdrawals have been settled, you can submit a formal request for account deletion by emailing our support team at help@cheercredit.cc. Please use the email address associated with your CheerCredit account and include the following information:
